First and foremost without a clear specific goal, it doesn’t matter which direction you choose to reach your destiny, because you don’t know where you’re going. I’ll teach you how to set realistic goals. What you can track, you can measure your progress.

Journaling and mediate are your anchor. We have hundreds of thoughts all day long, our mind is never stop running. Meditation will help you make peace with yourself, while journaling allow you to express your feelings/emotions and being grateful for what you have in your life. If this doesn’t make sense to you I promise you’ll understand this later on in our journey.

Strength training allows you to add progressive overload to your muscles. You apply stress on your muscles to increase or to maintain one’s physical strength or muscle mass.

Progressive overload not only stimulates muscle hypertrophy but it also stimulates the development of stronger and denser bones, ligaments, tendons and cartilage. It increases blood flow to exercised regions of the body and stimulates more responsive nerve connections between the brain and the muscles involved.

Nutrition plays an important role here. You need to eat enough, have good nutrients for your body. Most girls think if they eat less then they’ll lose weight. Well let me tell you why I say it’s not true! Think of it this way if your body doesn’t have enough resources to function well, you think they have the capacity to lose those stubborn fat!Your body is so smart, it’s been designed for survival. Not eating enough calorie then it’ll freeze everything, slow down metabolism. No wonder the more you go crazy on exercises, the more you stay the same.

NO! You won’t. Yes, you will if you don’t listen to me, I’ve been lifting so heavy for years. Do I look bulky? Building muscle takes time and it doesn’t happen overnight.  Follow the process, your diet and train hard, you won’t get bulky

At some point in your journey, this will happen. I fall off so many times but I get back up. Journaling and mediate help a lot. As human being we can’t be perfect all the time, we make mistakes its normal. One bad day isn’t going to ruin your hard work, don’t beat yourself up. Think of your WHY. Why have you started this journey at the first place? Reach out to me so I can help you, we’ll get through this together.
